B'fast: low-carb bar & coffee
Lunch: 6oz steak
Snack: Leftover pulled pork
Dinner: Turkey meatballs with a small side salad
Total carbs for today about 48
Had a couple of good days and now I have had a couple of dodgy days. A bit borderline for carbs but if I am careful for the next few days I can probably manage at least one pound loss this week.
I was at TWO gyms today! Yes, I said 2!!
Went to cardio, which was treadmill for 45 mins while watching Unknown (Really good), followed by weights machines and then I went on to the toning tables.
My bones ache but feeling good......ish
