DAILY LOG Friday 6th Jan 2012
B'fast: coffee.
Lunch: The last of the leftover pork.
Snack: 1 high protein bar.
Dinner: 8oz piece of ribbed beef cooked medium rare (red but not dripping with blood) and 1/2 sweet potato fries

Because of yesterday afternoon's 'crazy moment' with chocolate maltesers, me thinks I should be sensible today which I have been.
How can someone have such a bad day, and 24hrs later feel completely in tune with the world is beyond my shriveled up pea brain to comprehend anything so confusing
Went to my new gym again today. It's really cool. They have a cinema room with treadmills (instead of seats) in half circles around a big cinema screen. The room is in darkness and the speakers are blaring away. Great atmosphere. I watched 35 minutes of a film with Matt Damon with 5lb weights and didn't really want to leave, but my inner flame,.....or my procrastinating puff of smoke,....decided 35 minutes was enough and proceeded to the other part of the gym with weights and did 15 minutes more with weights on a ball.
I am pleased with today and hope that next week will be kinder to my 'inner flame'. Feeling the vibes and sending them out to you all....oooooooo....such a good mood!!??
