Lunch: McDonalds Angus burger
Snack: 2 pieces of 80% dark chocolate
Dinner: Leftover lamb and salad with 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs for today about 60

Well....it's getting better but I must admit, the chocolate has to stop...although I admit I'm enjoying the chocolate.
So. To the gym I go for my first cardio of 2012 tomorrow and back to low carb eating...tomorrow. I seem to be saying 'tomorrow' a lot
