B'fast: High protein bar & coffee. 
Lunch: Leftover meatballs from last night's dinner.
Dinner: Homemade pizza on a low-carb flatbread
Snack: Not had yet!
Todays carb total about 22

Not felt hungry at all today. Although it is only 6.30pm and the night is still young. There is a bottle of red in the cupboard and I may crack it open later and have some cheese and crackers.

I had 1 more hour with an instructor today, just to finish the week. Can't afford to keep using him so will be on my own next week. Ideally, I would like to use him 3 times per week for the next 3 months, but being a part of the gym he obviously can't do a crash course like that and it seems I can only do a 12month contract.....?

My weekly weigh-in is on Sunday...I am dreading it !!!
