B'fast: Coffee .
Lunch: 6oz pulled chicken with 1 tablespoon BBQ sauce & 1 low-carb wrap. Snack: 2oz cheese & crackers
Dinner: Small cordon bleu chicken breast with roasted sweet potatoes and creamed spinach

Had a 'blip' in the day today. Raining bad and I was stuck at home so I called for help on my FB page. There was actually someone on FB at the time..ooooo... who suggested a piece of chocolate.
As I thought that suggestion was such a great idea, I went to the fridge to get it and found my pulled chicken. It turned out the same amount of carbs as the chocolate and a lot more food - Me Happy :0)
My day at the gym with my instructor tomorrow morning. Really looking forward to that.... ;0)
I suggested finding a 'Carb Buddy' on FB Today. Let's see how that goes. Keep me in the loop. I need to know how everyone else is doing!
