Lunch: 2oz cheese and cucumber on 2 low-carb wraps
Snack: high protein bar
Dinner: 1oz cheese on 1 low-carb wrap
Total carbs for today about 29 + 22 = 51

What a crock! I forgot when I was doing my Daily Log that I had 16 carbs worth of sweet potato crisps AND 1 low-carb wrap with my dinner. Not really worried about that because for the two days, it works out at around 32 for each day.
I was at TWO gyms again today! Yes, I said 2!!
Went to cardio, which was treadmill for 45 mins while watching yet another great film.
I came in at the last 45 minutes of the film and I can't remember the name but it was really good. I then did some machines, weights, floor exercises and then went on to my toning tables and did an hour there. Woah!! My motor was running today!!
