B'fast: coffee - 
Snack: High protein bar
Lunch: Leftover chicken with 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Beef burger with avocado, spring onions and tomatoes sprinkled with grated cheese

Total carbs for today around 38

Not so hungry today, but not tired out like yesterday. Not only did I go to work I also went to the 
toning tables.

Tomorrow I am at the 'big boys gym' doing my cardio in the cinema. Love that place. I can't believe 

I'm actually looking forward to going to the gym  

I'm still typing up my recipes for my new cook book. Yes, I know it has taken ages but I have only found half of my photographs and have to do some more cooking to get more. Keep your eyes open and say 'YES" to the book.
