B'fast: Bacon and ham souffle & Coffee.
Lunch: 1 pack of low-carb crisps
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: 3oz cheese and crackers with salami, tomato and cucumber

Sooo tired today. I did my bit at the gym though. I did 40 minutes on the treadmill. Did I tell you I'm in a cinema room with my treadmill. Fab atmosphere. Great film too. That's why I stayed so long on the treadmill. I usually can't stand more than 10 minutes. I have already discussed my 'inner poof of smoke' versus my 'inner fire'. It's still smoldering in there somewhere and will spark into life one day.
Also did free weights and sit ups.....they were hard
Didn't think I'd eaten that much today but the souffle was just baked and irresistible. In the company of good friends too.
