DAILY LOG  Mon 16th jan 2012

B'fast: Bowl of bran flakes !??  
Lunch: Thai chicken salad without croutons.
Dinner: egg, bacon and sausage with 1 low-carb wrap

Total carbs for today about 40

Yes, I'm sorry I did it again!! I had a high carb breakfast.

I made sure that the rest of the day was low carb so todays carb count is relatively good

Foolishly, I had made an appointment to see the gym instructor today, but I forgot it was MLK Day   I have made another appointment with him for Wednesday.

This cold weather is bringing on the carbs!!!!
