Lunch: Packet of low-carb crisps & 1 low-carb bar
Snack: 2oz cheese & crackers
Dinner: Cup of chili soup and chicken caesar salad (without croutons)

Not done too bad today. Although I am full of a cold and feeling hungry
No gym today. Was working all day and just got home via our local cafe for dinner.
I should be at the gym tomorrow morning......let's re-phrase that.....I WILL be at the gym tomorrow morning. Wonder what film will be on for me at the treadmill cinema tomorrow
