Where were we?

B'fast: coffee - Dooah!
Snack: Packet of low-carb potato chips/crisps
Lunch: 6oz tuna and light mayo with 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Meatballs & bacon, green bean casserole with cheese & tarragon

Total carbs for today around 49

A busy day at home today. The house needed a good clean....Don't want to sound too housewifery or anything but my motor was running! BUT, as always happens when I am at home, I was looking in the fridge from time to time for something to appear but I am glad to say nothing took my fancy

I must try and eat breakfast! I've never really been one for breakfast but everyone tells me I must!

Yes, I am surviving my gym master, well....just about. I still ache and I have arranged another hour with him first thing tomorrow morning.

I'm still typing up my recipes for my new cook book. Keep your eyes open and say 'YES" to the book.
