B'fast: coffee.  Snack: 2 low-carb bars
Lunch: Chicken and mayo
Dinner: Chicken breast without skin, broccoli and 2 onion rings

Todays carb total about 38

Friday 13th !....Unlucky for some!

An interesting day at the gym today with my instructor. When he was finished with me I was like a wet rag – and that’s an understatement!

Another session with him on Monday and hopefully my system will be kick started. I Won't be able to have him all the time, but there's no harm in trying to 'stoke the poof of smoke within'.
