DAILY LOG Sun 8th Jan 2012

B'fast: coffee.  
Snack: Packet of low carb potato chips/crisps
Lunch: Grilled chicken strips with a plate of fries !!!?.
Snack: 1 low-carb bar.  
Dinner: Homemade turkey burger on 1 low-carb wrap

Yes, as you can see my day was good until lunch. 

I threw caution to the wind at a restaurant at lunch and had fries with my grilled chicken. Truth be told, I haven't had fries in my home for almost a year now. I can't believe it's been that long, but I do know why I don't have them..... .....they're delicious !

For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1/2 lb (not worth it so I will take it over to next week) 

Carbs for this week has worked out at 321 (100 less that last week), which is averaging 46 carbs per day. A little high for me so my weight loss will be very slow if I continue on this path. All I need to do is have between 5 & 10 less carbs per day on average and I will lose more.

Yes....I did cardio this week! 3 times to my new gym. I used the treadmill mostly and weights after each session. I ache like mad but will build up my strength and eventually go every morning like 
I used to when I lived in PA.
