Karen's Carb Crazy Kitchen

B'fast: Coffee.
Lunch: 3oz cheese & 2 low carb wraps.
Snack: 1 low carb bar.
Dinner: 3oz cheese & crackers and 1 bar chocolate

Today is the kind of day you want to avoid. No breakfast, as usual, and no calm sit down lunch. I threw down lunch while I was stood up because I was in a rush.

Dr's visit this afternoon, who prescribed antibiotics and, I don't know if anyone else feels like this but, I always think that antibiotics go so well with..........chocolate.  Not convinced? Neither am I really. I was just feeling cold and tired and reached for my comfort food.

I am starving and cold and coughing & spluttering. I think I'd better go to bed before I do more damage.
