low-carb day today. A bit too low, but I wasn't all that hungry. Does that mean I can eat more tomorrow?....Yes
I didn't go to the gym today. I've been really tired all day. Am busy with clients tomorrow so will be busy all day. Hopefully feeling more awake!
Looking back on my Daily Log, I was tired this time last week so let's call it my WWW = Weekly Wednesday Weakness
My weigh-in on Sunday. Fingers crossed I haven't put anything on this week
