B'fast: low-carb bar & coffee

lunch: Bowl of chill and 1/2 chicken and salad wrap

Dinner: Pulled pork and mixed salad with 2 low-carb wraps

Total carbs about 49

A little on the high side but I wasn't hungry between meals which hasn't been the case in recent days

I wish you comfort and warmth on these cold cold nights.

Wow.....I've been watching too much Downton Abbey !
