B'fast: low-carb bar & coffee
lunch: 1oz cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Homemade Chicken Meatloaf with turkey bacon

Total carbs about 12

Strange but I have eaten a lot for dinner but only consumed 12 carbs over the day.

Over the last seven days there have been 3 bad days and 4 relatively good which means.....
