DAILY LOG Sat 21st Jan 2012
B'fast: High protein bar.
Lunch: 2 eggs scrambled with 2 sausages and 2 bacon.
Snack: Low-carb bar
Dinner: 8oz Steak, 1/2 sweet potato chunks with grated cheese and chives
Snack: 3oz Cheese & biscuits*

* The cheese and biscuits were eaten last night but I had already done my log so I have just added it to today's. I can still have something later if I get peckish, like a low-carb bar or something.
It was difficult after dinner tonight. The rest of the family had double chocolate chip cookies and I had........none :0(
It's my weigh-in tomorrow. I feel confident that I have lost something but I don't think it will be much.
I hit the gym twice this week. Both cardio with my trainer. Next week I am on my own to see how I cope with it. I would rather have a gym buddy.
