DAILY LOG    Tues 3rd Jan 2012

B'fast:Coffee

Lunch: Smoked beef sausage snack

Dinner: Chicken breast, avocado and cheese on 2 low-carb wraps

Todays carbs around 28

Started the day off well and hopefully it will finish well. 

Only 28 carbs today so far. If I get peckish later I can still have about 10 more carbs.

Treadmill for 25 minutes today. I also did about 15 minutes with 5lb weights with my arms. I will ache tomorrow but feel well chuffed that I have started some cardio
