DAILY LOG Tue 18th Jan 2012

B'fast: 2 egg omelet & Coffee.

Lunch: 8oz chicken and light mayo

Snack: 1 low carb bar.

Dinner: Chicken breast & salad on 1 low-carb wrap

Todays Carbs about 30

Pretty low key day.  No cravings for chocolate....yet!


I was at the gym again today with my instructor. Boy, this gym stuff is hard work! I ache all over

Let me tell you though, I did not feel energized when I finished. I was so tired?

My weigh-in on Sunday. Fingers crossed I haven't put anything on this week
