B'fast: Coffee
Lunch: Pulled pork in bbq sauce
Snack: Cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap
Dinner: Tuna with salad and avocado

Had another messy day. Busy with work in the morning and didn't have any low-carb snacks in so I just had coffee to fill me up. All because it is my weigh-in on Wednesday

I honesty think last week's weigh-in was a mistake! I keep standing on the scales but it doesn't change numbers!

This week has been relatively good too so I am wondering why I haven't lost more

As you can see I'm not feeling very happy today. Wednesday will not just be weigh-in, it will be measuring day as well.

I did go to both gyms today. lots of weights at one and toning tables at the other. And no, I didn't do cardio  ;o}

Lunch: Chicken salad
Dinner: Bowl of chili with side salad & ranch dressing, followed by half scoop vanilla ice-cream.

Total carbs for today around 45

Is it Sunday already? Time flies when your having fun....NOT!!
Still feeling bloated and uncomfortable. I've looked back over my Log this week and I remember that 

I didn't put a chopped ham & mayo down for Tues. I remember it tasted really salty. Maybe it's that that's caused the problem. I've added the ham salad on todays total!
My weigh-in is on Wednesday and I'm hoping the bloating and swollen ankles will be gone by then 
YES!!!! The cook book is ready!!! BUT....now waiting for the e-readers before we can get everything finalized. Soooo exciting and soooo scary at the same time

Total carbs for today around 78

There goes Saturday night....again 

So far I've had 150 carbs this week. That's not bad but have to be careful this week. I need to lose something this week. I

 am still feeling bloated and my ankles are swelled so I am guessing somethings up and that's why I didn't lose anything on Wednesday's weigh-in. 

Come to think of it, I haven't drank that much water lately....I'm usually quite good at drinking lots of water. It's really difficult sometimes remembering everything your supposed to do on a low-carb eating plan. 

I'll go and have a pint after this......No.... not wine or beer

Snack: 1 packet of low carb crisps/potato chips
Dinner: Spinach and artichoke dip with a few dipping crisps/chips and a bowl of chili

Total carbs for today around 46

Having one of those feeling very bloated type of days. Maybe it was because I had too many low-carb chocolate bars yesterday. Not good when you have too many....nuff said.... 

Went to the gym this morning and did 2 miles on the treadmill followed by 45 minutes at the toning tables.

Got to keep going. I'm on countdown to my holiday....how scary is that

Although I ate 3 times today, I was hungry in between and not organized enough to have my low-carb or high protein snacks with me. There we go again...a lot of it boils down to organization. The good thing is though: I didn't eat any crap in-between.

B'fast: Light cream cheese triangles on 1 low-crb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Lunch: 2 oz cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap
Snack: 1 low-carb bar
Dinner: Roast beef seared in a pan and put in a hot oven until medium/medium rare mmmm...num num served with mixed salad leaves and 1 low-carb wrap
Supper: 1 low carb bar

Here we go.... Today's the big day for the weigh-in. And, I can't stop snarfing on my low-carb bars !!

Excellent week really...Only had 1 day when I had to order a second helping of Red Robin steak fries, didn't have any wine and kept on the straight an narrow the rest of the time.

Another relatively low-carb day. My weigh-in is tomorrow and just once I would like the scales to tip in my favor 

Is it just me that stands on the scales every morning or am I not alone?

Great low-carb today, but a bit too low. Looking back on my Daily Logs, Mondays seem to be lower than the rest of the week...(apart from Tuesday)....if that makes any sense 

Only had 1 hiccup so far this week which was Saturday's double whammy chip portion and I', looking forward to my weigh-in on Wednesday.

Obviously had a better day than yesterday. I was organized with my snacks but I was so busy I didn't need it. T-bone steak was delish.

My son has the leftovers for lunch tomorrow....lucky beggar 

My weigh-in is on Wednesday and it not looking too bad 

I'm just waiting for confirmation on everything and then my low-carb cook book is ready....I think....wish I knew what happens after that.......book publishing has been an eye-opener to say the least.

Dinner: Roasted lemon herb chicken slices with mixed salad on 2 low-carb wraps

Yep...72 carbs today. Just haven't had fries in a millennia and just craved it so much so we headed out to Red Robin where they do bottomless fries and the best steak fries everrr 

I will be good tomorrow I promise...  I have got lots of low carb food in and I will be busy in the afternoon doing my Open House so I am confident that nothing will sway me, not even a waiter in boxer shorts, a bow tie and a six pack holding a golden basket of Red Robin steak fries

Pretty mundane eating plan today apart from the chocolate. Chocolate always makes my day 

I'm trying to target around 270 carbs this week. I have 5 more days to my weigh-in. Hmmmmm.....I wonder if I will manage it. 

I suppose I will have to watch the chocolate although, surprisingly it's only 11 carbs for half a bar. 

KARRABUNGA!!....Is that all??? I think I'll go and snarf some more 

I never used to be a chocolate person. Only ate it at Christmas time, Easter, Birthdays, but now I am quite partial to a nightly nibble

Dinner: Chicken with mushroom and marinara sauce, oat bran spaghetti and 2 homemade crustinis

Great day today. I honestly was far too busy to think about food today. I must keep an eye on that because I end up being so hungry I eat like I'v never been fed ! Mixed week but looking back it wasn't a complete disaster 

For my weigh-in this week I have lost 1lb 

Total carbs for this week has worked out at 306

Average carbs for the week is 47 carbs per day.

Didn't expect to lose anything this week because I had a couple of bad days. It must have been the gym visits.

Went to cardio twice this week to the toning tables 3 times over Yes, the cardio is creeping in once more. I am kind of looking forward to going tomorrow......or the day after 

My measuring day will be end of next month. I have to keep focussed now as it is countdown to my holiday. Just over 5 weeks to go 

What???? 

One minute I have 3 months to go and now it is only 5 darn weeks! OOOOMMMGGGGGGG !!!

Low-carb day today. I think I had too much of the bbq'd sauce yesterday. Couldn't face anything until late afternoon. I know I shouldn't do that but people with eating disorders like me do 

Weigh-in tomorrow. Not feeling too good about it. I said I would be vigilant this week and I think maybe I was a little lax on the odd occasion like Saturday and Sunday  

The scales are not being very good either

What a mess of a day. No low-carb bread left and I went to the shop to buy some and got everything else that was on the list in my brain but forgot the low-carb bread! What !??? 

Well, I suppose I should have a low low-carb day today anyway. My weigh-in is on Wednesday so only another day of low-carbing.
I wonder what culinary delights await me tomorrow....Hope it's better than today

Yep...50 carbs. Not the best 3 days of the week. Now I have Monday and Tuesday to make up, 'man up' (as my niece says) and get my ass into gear.

My weigh-in is on Wednesday and it aint looking good

Here we go again. Around 68 carbs for both Friday and Saturday

Saturday and Sunday carbs last week added up to 139 carbs. Friday and Saturday carbs add up to 136. I must stay focussed and become at one with the world and my body. If I don't then I'm not going to lose any weight for my holiday

Happy Friday 13th - Lucky For Some !

B'fast: Oooops ...Forgot

Snack: Roast beef with cream cheese and cucumber on 1 low-carb wrap

Lunch: roast beef and sliced tomato on 1 low-carb wrap

Dinner: Homemade lamb cheeseburgers with a few sweet potato steak fries, mixed salad and 2 low-carb wraps followed by 3oz total of blueberries,raspberries, black grapes with 1 tablespoon of organic greek yoghurt and all rinsed down with 2 glasses of red :o)

Dinner was great....I am now on my 3rd glass of wine so I should be fast asleep within the next half hour...that's how red wine gets me

Carbs are a little on the high side but I've noticed it happens about one day per week, so let's just say that "today is the day"

No chocolate as yet though so there's a good sign.
