B'fast: Bowl of bran flakes ???.
Snack: 1/3 cinnamon roll
Lunch: Missed.
Snack: 1/2 banana, coffee and chocolate chip cake
Dinner: Minced chicken and onions with tarragon and 2 low-carb wraps
Total carbs about 58

Yes, you saw correctly. I had a high carb breakfast. I just fancied a crispy milky cereal and I saw my husband was munching on bran flakes.
We were so busy with school plays etc, today that there was nowhere else to eat but the local coffee shop that sells coffee AND...cakes. So....cinnamon rolls earlier and banana, coffee and chocolate chip cake later. Only had 1/3 of the cinnamon roll and 1/2 of the coffee cake.
For my weigh-in this week I have gained 1 lb - Are we really surprised?
Carbs for this week has worked out at 365, which is averaging 51 carbs per day.
It has been quite difficult this week. As well as feeling cold I have a cold too. Not flu, but just a cold so no fever or anything.
An interesting week at the gym. I started at a new gym and arranged for an instructor. I was literally ringing wet through by the time he's finished with me. Why do they have to try and kill you before you take the first bloody step!!
Anyway, I did it and came out aching like mad and I am back on Monday for the next saga! Monday I think will be my 2nd and last for a couple of weeks to see how I go on my own....
